It's a design on Threadless, a T-shirt site. I want this design but P&P from USA to UK is a tad pricy. But the book addict in me LOVES it! Want the tee? Well, here you go. Click here to find it!
And I found that image at http://iseahorse.tumblr.com/ (I watched her YouTube video and I was curious. I don't have Tumbler [and probably never will, because I don't understand it], but I saw this image and fell in love!)
(if you're on tumbler, Explain what it is to me. Thanks!)
Randomly, I went on youTube to find a song for a friend of mine. It was Sia's "My Love" and this was the video.
Now, some of those photographs used were BEAUTIFUL! And I was trying to find out (a girl in a wintery scene being blindfolded by her scarf) on GoogleImages. I failed, but I found a load of wintery scene photos that I fell in love with and decided to show you afew that I found striking! For some reason, wintery photographs are strangely beautiful.
Now, I LOVE the top image! It reminds me of Grace from Maggie Stiefvater's SHIVER. Just LOVE that image. Maybe my next story will be set in winter!
Oh, I love this video. Very wintery. Reminds me of the Northern Lights. Thought I would add that here, too!
A LOOOOOOOOOOOOOOONNNNNGGG time ago, I blogged about an image I found via a friend of mine on Twitter an image that I loved and was going to be my New Year's Resolution.
I found two more so I sense that they will be my New Year's resolutions for the rest of the year, or next year...
So, you guys know I sometimes write short stories (or something like that) within 30 minutes (blame Michelle Zink). Well, I came across something on Twitter, where you ave to write a short story or Flash fiction within ... wait for it... 6 MINUTES!!!
Impossible, right?
Well, I had a go. It was hard, but I had a go. And this is what I came up with...
Yeah... I know it's my work and I had a stressful time writing, I'm not going to put it on the blog. I might change my mind. But until then... let's look at this BEAUTIFUL picture I found which was taken by Jenny Terasaki!
I was moving dusks (again) at work and I accidently threw away two printouts I have of some doodles that I love away! This makes me sad and I can't FIND THEM ON THE POTTERCAST WEBSITE! But, because I like them (and realised that I haven't mentioned him before), I want to draw your attention to this guy - Frankie Franco III! (sorry, but how can you not love the man?! His name alone is amazing!)
I LOVE HIS DOODLES!!! If you can, could you follow him on Facebook (under "Frankie Franco III)/Twitter/Blogspot please! Or check out his website at http://www.frakfraco.com.
I fear no evil, but I do invite it into my life. Forgive me for hiding my demons in the shadow your light casts.
(The Prayer was with the last painting and I couldn't break them up! Both are beauty apart but together...!)
I keep seeing this lady's name around. That's probably because there's a small art shop near where I work and I keep seeing some of her works in the window. And, feeling a bit bored at work, I Google-imaged the artist's name. Her name is Caroline Shotton, and some of her work is original and others are brilliant! So, cos this is my blog, am going to up load some of her works.
I don't know all the names, but one is called "The Moona Lisa". Which one is that, one wonders?
I must thank my twitter and Livejournal friend Nicole (http://twitter.com/melovecoffee and http://organizedmess.livejournal.com) for this photo. I'm not sure if she took it or she found it on the net, but I really liked it and I've been meaning to upload it to here and, maybe, facebook. So now, I have finally stopped thinking of excuses and an upload this picture. So, Nicole, thanks!!!
A while ago, I showed you the picture "Rhinos in Bed" by Michael Dashow that a Twitter Friend of mine (http://twitter.com/really_rachel) showed me and I fell in love with...
Now, am reading a book called "The Hollow" by Jessica Verday and, while I was reading chapter 9 ("Prom Night"), one of his other painting came to mind and I thought I would share this image with you.
It's called "Raven Hair" and it's, again, a painting I love!
